Yesterday I and my brother watched the first episode of Ranma 1/2 remake as soon as both of us could. Both of us loved it.

I'm diggin' that ending animation and song, the modernised '90s artstyle (even though the one 19 year old girl looks like a kid and that feels weird), and the manga-like animation style with onomatopoeias and occasional comic book visuals.

Like in the manga and OG anime, it has one of the best 1st episodes in anime, an industry where 1st episodes often fail as functional hooks despite their acknowledged importance when making someone decide whether they'll invest any more time on the series or not. I was so entertained that it felt as if it had only been 10 minutes and I was left wanting more.

I really want everyone to please give the 1st episode a shot (I just warn you that it has some NON-sexualised nudity with nipple-less and un-detailed Barbie anatomy, if there weren't actual guidelines for rating on Newgrounds I would rate this blog post as T because really this gag series is not actually that mature XD).

Look at what I found today. I immediately bought this manga, sealed and new, while squeaking like a fangirl.

I feel kinda bad about the idea of opening it since it's completely sealed...

So, hehe... I finally have a Newgrounds after so long. Time to present myself.

First of all I hope whoever is reading this is having a good day.

"Who are you?" I'm a normal member of society who sometimes makes pixel-art or draws on paper. I also play videogames and read manga my friends may recommend to me. I've also been learning Python. I like Star Wars (Legends continuity), EarthBound/Mother, Pokémon Adventures/Pocket Monsters Special and some of TMNT.

"What is your history on the internet?" I'm not really sure if someone reading this is interested in knowing this but here I go: I believe my earliest memories with the internet go back to some Wikipedia articles and cat videos on YouTube. I also remember having entered Newgrounds from time to time, though I never made an account (until now).

I've been in many places throughout the years: Hanged out on some MMOs, made some shameful yet wholesome stuff on YouTube, had some good times on random chatrooms about things I liked (no that's not Discord), tried to make some social media accounts before realising I am unable to keep a social media account active, then I just... died, disappeared from the social part of the internet (only really used it for chatting with friends on Discord and some "isolated" places along with news about things I liked) for a long while, long enough to see a bunch of people, uh..., what did I miss? And why can't I view Twitter posts without an account anymore? Why are subreddits private? Google is deleting inactive accounts at the end of the year? Like, yeah, it's not like I just completely stopped knowing about what's happening, but what I'm trying to say is that I kinda got off from the "main" internet for a while and it kinda shocked me when I saw everyone talking about these stuff across all of the internet after I finally stepped back into the "main" internet and the word was also spreading among the "isolated" communities I was in.

More recently I got into GitHub and Game Jolt and now I got back into Newgrounds after a friend last night reminded me of its existence while we were talking about my art I've been doing.

I really hope I explained myself well enough, it's hard for me sometimes and I often overcomplicate stuff to the point where it can't be understood. Maybe I loaded it with too much unnecessary info...

I was planning to show in this post the stuff I've done in the last few years but now I believe it would be better if I posted it under their respective category rather than as a news post, so I'll be posting those within the next hours (or minutes? Depends on how fast I do it). Anyways the point of this post was to present myself and I hope I have a great time with this great community! See ya, have a nice day!
